The Legal Division is at 700 Adams Street, Toledo, OH 43604. You can call at (419) 213-4485. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The office handles filing, docketing, and indexing for civil, criminal, and domestic relations cases. Every document in a case goes through this office and becomes part of the official record.

Lucas County Court of Common Pleas Records

Lucas County Municipal and Probate Court Records
